Back country hike from Tropic Trail to Bryce Canyon Park

We had a great lead from Trey at the main office to try the trail head ~ 2 miles up the road that is a back entry to Bryce Canyon Park.

We drove up the dirt road and parked - we were the only car there.

Had a great approach to the park from the back side - it was about 2 miles one way to the Peekaboo / Navajo loop (you can see where the trail picks up on the park map). Easy, flat trail and well worth the quiet and serenity!

Also, we used the Star App from our I-Phone to look at constellations while in the hot tub at night.

Another great memory!

Very much enjoyed our visit!
